Use Case

The All Rooms Panel or Space Panel is very useful to have a Neworking View Grid.

It shows all the rooms that you have inside your space and who's inside each one of them. 

Why should I use the All Rooms Panel

There are multiple reasons why you should use it.

  1. For co-working spaces, it can be chilling rooms, different departments or private offices.
  2. For classrooms and trainings you can use as breakout rooms.
  3. For Events, you can use as networking rooms, booths or simultaneous tracks.

How to Access the All Room Panel

1. Join your room. You can see the list of all your Spaces here.

2. Take a seat

1. Click on All Rooms

2. You'll see your Space Panel, containing all your Rooms.

How to Add more Rooms to your Space

  1. Click on All Rooms
  2. Click on the + icon at the top right

How to Edit your Rooms Settings

1. Click on All Rooms

2. You'll see your Space Panel, containing all your Rooms.

3. Click on the Pencil icon

This will open the same menu as clicking on This Room > Room settings. You can check more information here.

How to Delete your Room

Click on the Delete icon of the room that you want to delete.

How to Pin the Panel and what does it mean

What is Pin This Panel

Let's say you're organizing a networking event, and you want to create a welcoming page where your attendees will have to choose which room they want to enter. You can then, Pin the All Rooms Panel in your main room, and this will be the first window they will see after typing their names.

If you're organizing multiple chat rooms, Pinning this Panel is a very good fit. It becomes a menu for everyone to choose where they want to join to start a conversation. 

How to Pin the Panel

Check the option Pin This Panel under All Rooms.

Important: even if you close your panel, your attendees will still see it open once they join.

For removing it, you will have to Unpin the Panel.

How to Unpin the Panel

Just uncheck this option and the Panel will be Unpinned.
