How to Manage the All Rooms Panel

The All Rooms Panel or Space Panel is very useful to have a Neworking View Grid.

It shows all the rooms that you have inside your space and who's inside each one of them. 

Why should I use the All Rooms Panel

There are multiple reasons why you should use it.

  1. For co-working spaces, it can be chilling rooms, different departments or private offices.

  2. For classrooms and trainings you can use as breakout rooms.

  3. For Events, you can use as networking rooms, booths or simultaneous tracks.

How to Access the All Room Panel

1. Join your room. You can see the list of all your Spaces here.

2. Take a seat

1. Click on All Rooms

2. You'll see your Space Panel, containing all your Rooms.

⚠️ Keep in mind:
The controls mentioned below: like Join, Move, Edit, Emoji, and Delete. Appear underneath each individual room inside the All Rooms panel.

Joining a Room

To enter a specific room:

  1. Find the room inside the panel

  2. Click the Join button

You’ll automatically enter that room.

Reordering Your Rooms

Want to change the order of your rooms?

  1. Find the room you want to move

  2. Click the Move to Left icon

This helps you organize your space layout and room navigation more easily.

Changing the Room Thumbnail Background

You can upload a thumbnail image to visually represent your room.

  1. Find your room inside the panel

  2. Click on Upload a Thumbnail Background

Your uploaded image will appear as the room preview background.

This is useful for:

  • organizing rooms visually

  • branding your space

  • creating a more immersive experience

Editing Room Name and Presets

To edit your room settings:

  1. Click the Pencil icon

From there, you can:

  • change the room name

  • modify room presets

  • update room settings

Hiding or Showing a Room

You can control whether other members can see a room.

  1. Find the Emoji icon underneath the room

Here’s how it works:

  • If the emoji is visible, the room is currently visible to others

  • If the emoji disappears after clicking it, the room becomes hidden for other members

⚠️ Keep in mind:
Even if a room is hidden from others, you will still be able to see and access it.

Deleting a Room

To permanently remove a room:

  1. Click the icon underneath the room

⚠️ Keep in mind:
Deleting a room cannot be undone.

Adding New Rooms

You can also create new rooms directly from this panel.

  1. Click the icon in the top-right corner

Your new room will be added automatically.


Editing Your Space Name

To rename your entire GoBrunch space:

  1. Click the Pencil icon next to your space name in the top-left corner

You can then update your space title.

Customizing Your Space URL

Want a custom URL for your space?

  1. Click the URL icon next to the pencil icon

How to Pin the Panel and what does it mean

What is Pin This Panel

Let's say you're organizing a networking event, and you want to create a welcoming page where your attendees will have to choose which room they want to enter. You can then, Pin the All Rooms Panel in your main room, and this will be the first window they will see after typing their names.

If you're organizing multiple chat rooms, Pinning this Panel is a very good fit. It becomes a menu for everyone to choose where they want to join to start a conversation. 

How to Pin the Panel

  1. Create a new room inside your space that will be used only to display the Grid, you don't need to decorate as it won't be joinable.

  2. Click on All Rooms.

  3. Move this room to the first position of your space.

  4. Join the grid room

  5. Click on All Rooms

  6. Click on Pin this Panel

  7. Once you do that, they cannot close the Panel, only you. From now on, it's mandatory for them to choose one of the rooms.

Check the option Pin This Panel under All Rooms.

Important: even if you close your panel, your attendees will still see it open once they join.

For removing it, you will have to Unpin the Panel.

How to Unpin the Panel

Just uncheck this option and the Panel will be Unpinned

How to Remove GoBrunch Branding

Inside the All Rooms, you’ll also find an option called:

When you check this box:

  • GoBrunch logos will be removed from your Space

  • your environment will look more customized and branded to your own community or company

  • attendees will experience a cleaner white-label style experience

This is especially useful for:

  • companies

  • schools

  • branded events

  • communities

  • client experiences

It helps create a more professional and personalized environment for your attendees.

What Is Exit Space Custom URL?

Inside the same settings area, you’ll also find:

This option allows you to redirect users to a custom webpage when they leave your GoBrunch space.

This happens when participants click on the door icon at the top of the room called Exit This Room.

Instead of simply leaving the space, they will automatically be redirected to the custom link you added.

For example, you can redirect attendees to:

  • your website

  • a feedback form

  • a registration page

  • social media links

  • another event page

  • a thank you page

How to Use It

  1. Paste your custom URL link into the field

  2. Press Enter once you’re done

From that moment, users clicking Exit This Room will automatically be redirected to your custom page.

This is useful for:

  • collecting feedback

  • continuing the attendee journey

  • sharing important links

  • improving event experiences

  • increasing engagement after events

⚠️ Keep in mind:
Make sure your custom URL is correct before saving to avoid broken redirects

Important to Keep in Mind

⚠️ Some room changes may require saving before leaving the panel.

⚠️ Hidden rooms remain accessible to you, even if other members cannot see them.

⚠️ Deleting a room is permanent and cannot be undone.

⚠️ If the All Rooms Panel is pinned, attendees will be required to choose a room before entering the space.

⚠️ Even if you close the pinned panel as the host, attendees will still continue seeing it when they join.

⚠️ Exit Space Custom URL redirects users only after they click on the Exit This Room door icon.
