Main Steps for Creating Breakout Sessions
Creating breakout sessions on GoBrunch allows you to enhance engagement and interaction during live sessions:
1.- Navigate to the GoBrunch homepage and log in to your account, click here.
2.- Choose the "Classroom" option.
3.- Place a name for your room and choose the desired duration. You can extend the duration later if needed.
4.- Choose the options that fit you better for you.
5.- Specify the number of breakout rooms you need; you can always add more later if necessary.
6.- Choose a suitable room layout for your virtual session. (Is recommended to choose a room with more than 1 table, like the “Cabaret” one-Note that the number of tables corresponds to the breakout rooms you created).
7.- Click on “Create” and enter to your new room.
8.- To add more breakout rooms, go to “All Rooms” Icon and click on the “+” icon on the top at the right size.
9.- Place the name, set the room presets, choose a background and click on “Create”.
10.- Optional - Customize tables by adding numbers with “This Room” Icon, then click on “Background and Editor” and the “Add Image” option.
11.- Optional - Place the “Add Navigation” in each table to direct people to a specific breakout room and click "Choose one from here", scroll down and choose the breakout room. 12.- Save.
Tips & Tricks
Create Breakout Rooms with the Add Navigation
1.- Place the “Add Navigation” in the tables that you choose.
2.- Click on “Click to link” and then “Create and Link” in each “Add Navigation”.
3.- Save.
To customize your new breakout rooms, enter to the rooms by clicking to each add navigation that you added, click on “This Room” and then “Room Settings”.
Broadcast to all rooms
Use the "All Rooms" Icon inside your room and check the box “Broadcast Video and Audio to all Rooms” to broadcast announcements simultaneously to all breakout rooms, facilitating communication with participants.
