Joining from a Computer
Step 1: Open the Meeting Link

Click the meeting link provided by the Organizer, and it will open automatically in your browser.
Step 2: Enter Your Details

Type your Name or log in using your Gmail or LinkedIn account.

Click Let’s Go.
Step 3: Choose Your Avatar Picture

Select an avatar picture from the GoBrunch library or upload your own.

Click This is Me to confirm.
Step 4: Allow Microphone and Camera Access

When prompted, allow access to your microphone and camera.

Test your microphone by speaking; if the line moves, it’s working. If it’s not working, switch to a different speaker or microphone. Take your time here to ensure you will be able to hear and be heard.

Choose your camera and ensure your video feed displays correctly.

Once set, click Ready.
Step 5: Explore the Room

You will enter the room automatically.

To change seats, click on another circle in the room.
Step 6: Use Room Features
Microphone and Camera
Turn them on/off as needed.
Presenter Cam
Activate and resize it to share your video with attendees. The Presenter cam might not be available, depending on how the Organizer set the room.
Share Screen
Share your screen, play YouTube videos, or upload/download files if enabled by the organizer.
Room View Options
Click on My View and switch between Dynamic Mode and Presentation Mode for different viewing experiences.
Profile
Click on My Profile to Change your Name or choose a different Picture
Mute Room
To mute a room, click My View > Room Sound. Ensure the microphone is off in muted rooms.
Chat
Interact with attendees through the chat panel.
Reactions
Click on the Reactions icon or on the person's avatar to express yourself.
All Rooms Panel
View and join other rooms within the same space. You can see who is online in each of the rooms. If you want to join, just click on the Join Button.
- Click on All Rooms located at the bottom menu
- Click on Join to jump to a different room
Step 7: Leaving the Room

Click the Exit icon located at the top of the room next to the room name, or

Simply close the browser tab.
Joining from a Mobile Device
Step 1: Open the Meeting Link

Copy the meeting link.

Paste it into your browser. For iOS devices, Safari works best, while for Android devices, Chrome is recommended.
Step 2: Type your Name
Step 3: Choose a Picture
Step 4: Allow microphone and camera access.
Step 5: Mobile-Specific Features
Portrait Mode
Best for chat and participant lists.
Landscape Mode. Turn your Phone to See the Difference.
Ideal for viewing shared screens and the presenter’s cam.
Moving Around
Tap on circles to change seats.
Changing Rooms
Click on the All Rooms Button and choose the desired room to join
GIF Reactions
Tap your avatar, zoom in, and select a GIF to react. GIF reactions are only available in landscape mode.
Step 4: Leaving the Room

Click the Exit icon next to the room name, or

Close the browser tab.
Tips for an Enhanced Experience

Test your microphone and camera before joining.

Use headphones for better audio quality.

Familiarize yourself with the room’s features to fully engage in the session.
